Through EPOURO RX, your pharmacy helps you access prescriptions from a licensed doctor for many everyday medicines—including over-the-counter medicines—and medical supplies. The pharmacist checks what’s covered by your health card or insurance and helps you use that coverage.
How does it work?

First, find the medicine you need, including medicines covered by health card or insurance plans.

Then, ask your EPOURO Pharmacy for help getting the prescription needed to access coverage. The pharmacist will complete a quick assessment specific to the medicine and submit it to a licensed doctor.

If your assessment meets the doctor's protocol, the prescription can be authorized on the spot. The pharmacist will then dispense the medicine and apply eligible health card or insurance coverage.
The doctor's office may contact you afterward for follow-up.
